A Unique Environment
Harmonia Village is a 'home for life' for those living with dementia who might have found it difficult to settle in more traditional care home settings.
Our "dementia village", arranged across six separate residential houses, allows residents greater freedom to move around, reducing anxiety that can often arise in a more restricted environment.
Technology Enabled Care
Each house at Harmonia Village is equipped with discreet, non-intrusive monitoring technology that helps our nursing team respond quickly when residents need support, whilst preserving residents' independence and dignity in their day-to-day lives.
We use these digital tools to "end the round" – freeing carers from routine paperwork so they can spend more quality time with residents.

24/7 Nurse-Led Care
Our experienced and trained nurses are always on-hand to support our residents. They lead and oversee each resident's care at every step of their care journeys, from initial assessment, to reviews of the care plan, to their personalised social programme.
Our Approach
We believe that a person's wellbeing is more than the sum of their physical needs — it is about living meaningfully, comfortably, and with dignity, even in the context of frailty or cognitive decline.
